My coworker, the office manager, reminded us before we left last Friday that he was on jury duty this week. We didn't realize that not only would he be called for jury duty, it would be about a week-long trial. He came in on Monday, was off for his regular Tuesday, and that's been it. I got home from band Monday night to discover I'd gotten mail from the county. It was my jury duty summons. I'm scheduled to serve the week of November 13th.
